1. Agreement, operator and eligibility

Contact support@dreamsandstars.com for service, privacy or legal questions. These Terms govern your use to the extent an agreement is validly formed under applicable law. All dream users, including guests, must affirmatively accept the current Terms and confirm that they are at least 18 and legally adults where they live. If you do not accept them, do not create an account or request a dream interpretation.

A verified email confirms control of an email address, not your age or identity. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. We do not require a document upload to establish age in the current service.

2. Dream interpretations are possibilities, not literal truths

AI dream reflections are speculative, context-dependent possibilities. They are not scientifically proven explanations of your personal dream, literal facts, predictions or instructions. Scientific research about sleep, memory and emotion does not establish a universal meaning for a symbol or prove the root cause of an individual's dream.

A dream or interpretation is not evidence that an event occurred, that a memory is accurate, that someone has particular intentions, or that something will happen. Do not treat it as proof of abuse, infidelity, pregnancy, illness, danger, supernatural influence or a recovered memory. Different people and circumstances can support different readings; an interpretation may not fit you at all.

*Dream interpretation is subjective. There is no scientifically validated method for assigning a definitive meaning to a dream. This AI-generated interpretation is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only and is not a diagnosis, prediction, or substitute for professional care.

3. Horoscope limits

Horoscopes draw on astrological traditions and original editorial writing. Astrology is not a scientifically established way to predict events, determine personality or compatibility, or make decisions. A dated reading, zodiac sign, apparent personalization or reference to stars does not turn entertainment into a factual forecast.

The current horoscope uses a conventional sun-sign range and selected date; it is not a full natal chart or a live AI consultation. Boundary dates and astrological systems can differ. Astronomical facts, where mentioned, do not validate the associated astrological interpretation.

4. Your decisions and appropriate professional help

You remain responsible for your choices and actions. Use independent judgment and reliable evidence. Do not use a reading as the basis for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, relationship, family or safety decisions, including stopping treatment, accusing someone, making an investment or ending a relationship.

We do not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary or other professional advisory relationship. No result substitutes for qualified professional advice. Seek appropriate help and do not delay care because of a reading. Automated safety messages are not a diagnosis, continuous monitoring or an emergency service. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; support email is not monitored as an emergency channel.

5. AI, research and quality limitations

The dream interpreter uses OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Luna after automated screening, with curated research context across the five sections. AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inconsistent or inappropriate content. Screening and output checks reduce risks but cannot guarantee accuracy, appropriateness or detection of every dangerous situation.

Research links explain general evidence and its limits. They do not validate your particular reading or imply endorsement by an author, institution or publisher. Cultural and historical symbolism is presented as perspective, not current scientific fact. Contact support to report an error or harmful result without sending unnecessary sensitive details.

6. Future paid offers and purchased credits

Checkout is currently disabled and this free launch does not collect payment. If a paid offer is introduced, we will give advance notice and show its price, taxes if applicable, quantity, refund terms and any legally required information before you choose to purchase. Crossing a usage or spending threshold does not automatically enroll you in payment or a subscription.

Purchased interpretation credits, if offered, will not expire or incur inactivity fees. They will be used only for completed valid interpretations, without duplicate deductions for the same completed request. A future offer cannot remove your existing purchased entitlement or mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal or digital-service remedies. We will explain how unused purchased credits are resolved if the service closes; non-expiration is not a promise that a website will operate forever.

Daily free interpretations

During the free launch, adults can receive up to 2 complete guest interpretations per day in their remembered browser, and up to 2 additional interpretations per day with a verified adult account. Both allowances reset at midnight US Eastern Time and do not accumulate. Signing in or out does not refill an allowance. All dream users must confirm they are at least 18 and legally adults where they live, accept the current Terms, and separately consent to dream processing. Failed, rejected, incomplete or safety-blocked requests do not use the allowance. If the site reaches its daily AI capacity, new interpretations pause until the next reset; horoscope pages and dream guides remain available. Purchases are currently unavailable. Any future paid offer will be announced in advance, and purchased credits will not expire. You may not evade, automate around, or interfere with usage or safety limits.

7. Your submissions and privacy

You retain whatever rights you have in the text you submit. You give us and the necessary providers only the limited permission to process it for your requested reflection, safety screening, temporary recovery and lawful service administration, as explained in the Privacy Policy and your processing consent. This is not a perpetual publicity license or permission to sell your dream, use it in advertising or train a model on it.

By selecting the separate dream-processing consent checkbox and submitting a dream, you choose to send its text to Dreams & Stars and OpenAI, our AI provider, for automated safety screening and, when permitted, generation of your requested reflection. This includes any health or other sensitive information you voluntarily include. You do not have to include such details to use the dream interpreter. Accepting the Terms alone does not provide dream-processing consent.

Submit only material you have the right to provide. Avoid identifying or sensitive details about others and do not upload medical records or confidential documents. Private dream submissions are not published by this service. If you choose to copy, email, post or otherwise share a result, consider its privacy implications; we cannot control copies shared outside the site.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, threats, exploitation, infringement, impersonation or fraud. Do not bypass account, age, consent, daily allowance, payment, geographic or safety controls; create accounts to evade limits; interfere with security; or automate requests in a way that burdens the service. Do not attempt to extract another person's information or protected secrets.

Ordinary linking and legitimate search indexing of public pages are permitted subject to applicable law and published access rules. This does not authorize collection of private account pages, bulk republication of protected content or circumvention of technical controls. Do not present AI output as professional advice, a verified fact about another person or an endorsement by SkyPact LLC.

9. Site content, output and intellectual property

Our original writing, artwork, software and branding are protected where applicable. You may use readings for personal reflection and share your own result lawfully, subject to third-party rights and any identified source license. AI outputs may resemble outputs given to others; exclusivity, copyrightability and accuracy are not guaranteed.

Links and citations do not grant rights to reproduce a third party's work. Source-specific licenses and attributions remain applicable. Do not remove required credit or imply affiliation or endorsement. To report an intellectual-property concern, email support with the work, disputed location, your authority and enough information to investigate. We may restrict material while resolving a substantiated complaint, without deciding ownership merely from an allegation.

10. Links, advertising and third-party services

External links are offered for context and convenience. Third parties are responsible for their own products, content and terms. We do not guarantee or endorse a linked site merely by linking to it, and a citation is not a professional referral.

Live advertising is currently disabled. If introduced, advertising will be identified and subject to appropriate privacy controls. An advertisement will not be part of your dream interpretation or a recommendation based on private dream information. Any required sponsored-content disclosure will appear with the relevant content.

11. Availability, changes and suspension

Readings depend on service capacity and external providers. Maintenance, technical failures, security concerns or the daily AI budget may delay or prevent an interpretation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular outcome or that every request will be accepted. Failed or incomplete readings do not consume the free allowance.

We may proportionately restrict access for suspected abuse, unlawful use, security risk or serious breach. Where feasible and lawful, we will explain a restriction and allow you to contact support for review. We may act immediately when necessary to protect people or the service. Such action does not extinguish applicable privacy rights or lawful remedies for unused purchased credits.

12. Responsibility, warranties and limits of liability

The service provides uncertain entertainment and reflective content; we do not promise scientific validity, predictive accuracy, suitability for a particular decision or a beneficial outcome. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act. We are not responsible merely because you choose to treat a reading as factual evidence, professional advice or an instruction, but this does not excuse a failure for which we are legally responsible.

Where applicable law permits, we exclude implied warranties inconsistent with the service's described entertainment purpose and liability for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or business losses from use of a service intended for personal reflection. We do not exclude responsibility for failing to supply a service with legally required care and skill or other mandatory guarantees. These limits apply only where lawful, fair and enforceable in your circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer, privacy, data-protection or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. We do not impose a blanket waiver of all claims, a zero-dollar liability cap or an obligation to reimburse us for our own wrongdoing.

13. Local rights, governing law and disputes

Florida law governs this agreement to the extent allowed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your place of residence. If consumer law gives you access to local courts, regulators or mandatory remedies, those rights remain. These Terms do not require worldwide consumers to sue exclusively in Florida.

Contact support first if you would like us to try to resolve a concern. This does not delay a legal deadline or prevent a complaint to a regulator or a lawful court claim. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. We may limit availability where laws or provider restrictions prevent lawful service; availability of a translation does not promise availability in every country.

14. Leaving the service and changes to these Terms

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure or privacy assistance. Automatic closure may require resolution of pending requests or purchased credits; contact support for help and statutory rights requests. The Privacy Policy explains remaining records and provider deletion.

We will date material revisions and provide appropriate notice. Please review and accept the current Terms before requesting a dream interpretation. We will seek new consent for processing where required and will not use a revision to retroactively remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue; a court may apply the relevant mandatory law. Obligations that reasonably need to survive closure, including lawful privacy, intellectual-property and dispute obligations, remain only to that extent.
